GSK Vaccines Reimbursement Support Center (VRSC)
The GSK Vaccines Reimbursement Support Center (VRSC) is a resource for physicians, physician office staff, and pharmacists to help address questions about billing, coding, and reimbursement for GSK vaccines.
The VRSC can provide support with:
- Confirming patient-specific benefits for enrolled patients
- A GSK Vaccines Insurance Specialist will complete an insurance benefit investigation for enrolled patients.
- A GSK Vaccines Insurance Specialist will contact the patient’s insurer to collect information about benefits, copay, and out-of-pocket costs for enrolled patients.
- A GSK Vaccines Insurance Specialist will communicate investigation findings to the patient’s HCP.

The VRSC can provide support with:

- A GSK Vaccines Insurance Specialist will provide guidance and address inquiries to help meet your billing and coding needs.
- Appeals assistance
- A GSK Vaccines Insurance Specialist will provide information about the appeal-submission process to the patient’s HCP.
